MATERIALS USED
Stainless Steel of following grades (as per International Standards) and Titanium is used for manufacturing of dental instruments.
AISI-410
AISI-420
AISI-304
TC, Tungsten Carbide is also used as combination in various instruments.


PRODUCT  FINISHING
Various Surface Finishes can be applied to Instruments.  You can choose any one of the following for your instruments
- Satin Finish
- Mirror Finish
- Water Sand Finish
- Half Gold Plating (for TC Instruments)
- Full Gold Plating (for TC Instruments + Non-TC Instruments)
- Water Sand + Half Gold Plating
- Titanium Color (Multi-Color) Finish
- Plasma Coating


PACKAGING
Normally the instruments are packed in Zip Poly Bag, but we have the facility to use any specific type of packaging as per buyers requirement.


STERILIZATION
Gamma Rays Sterilization facility is also available which ensure instrument safety from any kind of virus etc.  In this process, instruments are sterilized after packing individual item is a special Steilizing pouch which is sealed from each side.  These sterilized instruments then can be used directly in the OT or for any type of examination.


LASER MARKING
We also coduct Laser Marking of your Brand, Name, Logo and Item Code on all instruments.  This is done specially in-house to keep the buyer's information Strictly Confidential.
